I had the pleasure of working with Brian Roach. My home was in need of a roof repair before it was able to sell. Brian was honest and a great representative for me since I am living down in Mississippi. It was wonderful having someone on site who could see and assess the damage to the roof. We got a claim submitted to my insurance and instead of just a repair we got the entire roof replaced! I would recommend Brian and Ohio Restoration Solutions to anyone looking to have work done - especially if it involves your insurance company.

In the summer of 2015, Bob Thomas from Ohio Restoration Solutions came to our door to sell roofing, on the good reference of our friend, Bill. I listened and said Ok, show me. So by the time we were done, he found hail damage on 4 of our buildings, replacing some with 25 yr and lifetime shingles, some were commercial buildings. I only had to pay the insurance deductible, I was sold. The roof crew worked till 8 pm. at night and when they removed the old shingles, we swore they made music in unison. The job was immaculate and Bob Thomas was so professional and highly respectable, we felt we had made a friend. Thanksgiving night at 1:30 am, our house was burning on the top floor, our 5 cats were killed, and thanks to the Brewster Fire Dept., they got it out, but the second floor bedroom resembled charcoal. The house was full of smoke and water damage. I called Bob Thomas and told him our house had burned, he was devastated, and asked what he could do. I told him if Ohio Restoration could rebuild the house then come over asap. We wanted them to do the construction. They did more than rebuild the house, they put their heart and soul into it. They took the whole interior walls down to studs, new walls, new ceilings, all new insulation, restoration of the hardwood floors from 1946, carpeting, new electric main box, new lighting, new furnace, repaired plumbing, new windows, painted and smoke sealed the attic walls, painted the drywall, new Formica on the upstairs cupboards, replaced the master bathroom, and replaced all interior doors with solid oak, 6 panel doors. Renn Reedy, worked for months on the interior. I really appreciated his knowledge and woodworking skills, replacing all the woodwork and hanging all the doors, haha, especially to have a bathroom door once again! He is very devoted to his work and professional, but he also made us laugh. When you are hit with this kind of devastation, was nice to go to the house, see the beautiful progress and get a touch of Renn's laughter, to make us smile. I will always be grateful for his humor during those dark days. Bob Thomas was a Godsend, he handled details to take the pressure off of us, we had daily phone calls, and he even called me when no progress was being made, just to tell me why. Bob also came over on the weekends and helped us carry our smokey possessions out of the house. I have no regrets, only praise for Ohio Restoration Solutions, Bob Thomas, Renn Reedy and all the others that worked so hard to get us home again. We give them 5 stars, so much, they also added a side deck and last month, we got our 5th roof replaced. Did I mention they gave us a 10 YEAR warranty on our house? You want professionals call them! Tell them we sent you!

Our new roof looks awesome! Needed a complete replacement after a storm blew off a portion of it. They came quickly to tarp it so we wouldn't also get water coming in. Bob and Jim very very helpful in picking out the color and the crew did a great job with the installation! We are very happy with our experience and the results!

I am very pleased with the entire experience, I had with the replacement of the roof of my house and garage by Ohio Restoration Solutions. Brian Roach was very professional and knowledgeable in his dealings with me from the initial visit, and let me know of the wind damage to my home and garage. Brian continued to do a great job keeping me informed on the scheduling as well as explaining to me the process which was completed in one day. The crew did a wonderful job from start to finish. They worked so very fast and were done in one day and the clean up was complete before they left. We had wind damage with several missing shingle needing a complete new roof so chose Ohio Restoration Solutions from a friends recommendation. I will say we are very pleased with our new roof! Unlike many people I am off work due to an injury so was able to watch them work along with hear what they were saying so got to see plus hear the extra care and concern they take when doing a job. Their workmanship is top notch as we have a rather complex roof to do plus were amazed at how well they cleaned up when finished. They also worked with our insurance company to make the process easier for us. If you are looking for a roofer contractor you will be very satisfied with them.

I called Ohio Restoration for a roof estimate after reading their reviews on Google. Their office took my information and a Project Manager called me back in 15 minutes! Jim came out to the house and after inspecting my roof he advised me that I had wind damage and should file a claim with my insurance company. He explained the claims process and walked me through the initial phone call to my insurance claims department. Jim met with my adjuster to show him the damage he had seen and they came to an agreed assessment. After that, all the wife and I had to do was pick out the shingles we wanted! Jim also was there when the roofing crew came out to do the work. The crew was amazing! They were professional, polite and efficient. They even used a magnet to make sure they cleaned up all the nails that they could! This company is highly recommended and I will be using them next year for my siding and window projects!
